Brooke Graham received both her B.S. and her J.D. from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.  While in law school, Professor Graham served as the Symposium Editor of the Law Review and as a Brief Writer in the ABA Law Student Division 2018-19 National Appellate Advocacy Regional Competition.

After graduating from law school, Professor Graham practiced in-house commercial business law and general higher education law in the Office of Legal Affairs at Liberty University.  Her practice focused primarily on advising client representatives on legal and regulatory compliance as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and policies for the university.  She also served as an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University School of Law, where she taught Lawyering Skills I and II.  She greatly enjoyed providing detailed feedback to her students on their writing and cherished those moments when her students suddenly understood concepts she was teaching them.

Professor Graham was born in Staten Island, New York, but she spent most of her life growing up in a small town in New Jersey.  She has called Virginia home since 2013.

Professor Graham enjoys taking walks with her husband and playing games with her large extended family.  She likes the smell of fresh air and the breathtaking view of the mountains.  Her family’s Norwegian heritage has played a big part in her life, and she embraces the Scandinavian concept of hygge.  She looks forward to rainy days when she can enjoy the comforts of home: a cup of hot tea, fuzzy socks, candles, and freshly baked cookies.
