Judge Campbell earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. Judge Campbell currently serves as a judge in the City of Richmond’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. In addition to his service on the bench, Judge Campbell is an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law and at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Campbell served as Virginia’s Deputy Attorney General and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney.
