Steve is a business transactions attorney who helps family, private and startup businesses in all industries coordinate company sale, joint venture, venture capital and private equity investment transactions. Steve has also represented family office, private equity and corporate strategic investors and acquirers in equity investments, mergers and acquisitions. He is a past chair of the Virginia State Bar Business Law Section and frequent speaker and author on business structuring, growth and exit. Steve has been a partner in both large and small law firms and was a founding partner of one of his prior firms.
