How to Reserve a Room

  1. Identify the room you want to reserve and the time block you need it for.
  2. Contact Patty Lester Street at plester@asl.edu.
  3. In your email, include the following information:
  • Your name and contact information
  • The name of the room you want to reserve
  • The date and time block for which you want to reserve the room
  • The purpose of your reservation (e.g. meeting, study group, event, etc.)
  1. Wait for confirmation from Patty that the room is available during the requested time block.
  2. If the room is available, Patty will reserve it for you and send you a confirmation email.
  3. On the day of your reservation, go to the room at the designated time and enjoy your use of the space!

Note: Some rooms may have specific rules or requirements for reservations (e.g. certain equipment or seating arrangements). Be sure to check with Patty to ensure you have all the information you need for a successful reservation.
